After 20 years of customer service sales and management going into a new area was the last thing on my mind. I have always had a strong desire to help people, learning about the hardships Medicare members faced understanding and dealing with health insurance caused me to dive into the world of insurance. Early 2023 I got licensed to sale health care insurance. After working for one carrier I was able to branch out on my own and transition from being an insurance agent to an insurance broker.
